Our delivery partners will attempt delivery multiple times. If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to us.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
We will review the issue and arrange for replacement or resolution as per our Return Policy.
