Return Policy for Home Delivery

Any Lexino product purchased from our official website can be returned within 7 (Seven) days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

Eligible Reasons for Return

You may request a return, replacement, or refund under the following conditions:

  1. The product received is damaged due to manufacturing defect or damage during transit

  2. The product received is defective or not functioning properly

  3. The product delivered is different from what you ordered

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos as proof.

Important Instructions Upon Delivery

  • Do not accept delivery if the outer packaging is visibly damaged or tampered

  • If damage is noticed after opening, contact Lexino support immediately

  • Keep the product, packaging, and all accessories in original condition

Lexino will arrange for replacement or refund after verification.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned

  • The product must be securely packed for pickup

Our logistics partner will provide pickup confirmation at the time of return.

Returns Not Due to Defect or Company Error

If you request a return for personal reasons (for example: change of mind, wrong order placed), the following conditions apply:

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • A pickup fee of ₹99 may apply

  • Alternatively, you may ship the product to us at your own cost

Pickup charges may be waived at Lexino’s discretion.

Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved and the product is picked up and inspected:

  • Refund will be initiated within 7 working days

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout

  • Bank processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

If refund to the original payment method is not possible, Lexino may request your bank account details to complete the refund.


Replacement Policy

If your product is defective or damaged, Lexino will offer:

  • Free replacement (subject to availability), or

  • Full refund if replacement is not available

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Product is used or damaged due to misuse

  • Return request is made after the return period

  • Product is returned without original packaging or accessories
